Space Movies

Science fiction (sci-fi) movies are fictional stories that use science and technology as part of their plot, setting, or theme. They often depict speculative, fictional science-based phenomena that are not fully accepted by mainstream science, such as:

  • Aliens

  • Spacecraft

  • Robots

  • Cyborgs

  • Mutants

  • Interstellar travel

  • Time travel

  • Other technologies

Sci-fi movies can also portray imagined future scientific or technological advances, major social or environmental changes, and life on other planets. Some examples of science fiction movies include Star Trek, Star Wars, Battle Star Galactica, Frankenstein, and HAL 2000.
